It is Suicide Awareness Month and we need to do more as a society than to dedicate a month to this national health crisis. There are many people around the country and the world in a tough spot and this is a time where we need each other the most. We discussed general statistics about suicide as well as causes and also TIPS regarding suicide and mental health.
